CAPABILITY

A DIRECT COMMERCIAL CONVERSATION

Show what you make.
Explain why it fits.

A skincare brand can discuss a retail assortment. An equipment business can demonstrate professional use. Manufacturers and packaging partners can explore private-label development. Translate each capability into a buyer’s business context.

Select an item for details and preparation priorities.

Brand expansion: positioning, merchandising and channel conversations

Help US buyers understand who the products serve, which channels they fit and what they add to an existing assortment. Translate product-development and supply capabilities into a brand presentation buyers can experience and compare.

Positioning & assortment
Choose hero products and explain use cases, specifications, price positioning and range combinations. Prepare specific product information for varied complexions, hair characteristics and routines.
Merchandising & experience materials
Bring an English brand introduction, catalog, trial samples, packaging and display references. Use a clear presentation sequence to explain core products, range relationships and available retail-support materials.
Channel partnership discussions
Discuss opening assortments, sample evaluation, order conditions, replenishment and follow-up contacts for retail, e-commerce, distribution, salons or Chinese American beauty businesses. Define channel scope and terms in follow-up discussions.

Equipment partnerships: demos, training, supply and support

Show how equipment fits a working environment and who provides training, accessories and maintenance support after purchase. Give buyers complete information for practical comparisons.

Demonstrations & specifications
Explain intended use, operating prerequisites, models, power, dimensions and accessories. Prepare English operating materials and a workable demonstration plan, then confirm conditions against the published display rules.
Training & everyday operation
Show operating steps, cleaning, maintenance and consumable replacement. Identify training audiences, available materials, languages and support formats so buyers can assess team onboarding and business use.
Supply & ongoing support
List units, accessories and consumables. Discuss supply timing, reorders, fault reporting, repairs and warranty scope. Where local service is involved, identify the actual provider and confirmed service scope.

Manufacturing: development, sampling, packaging and delivery

Help US brands turn product ideas into a development brief, while Chinese development, manufacturing and packaging teams show how they coordinate requirements, feedback and delivery milestones.

Development needs & capability fit
Define target customers, product types, sizes, textures, packaging and cost direction. Distinguish existing options, adaptable features and new development, and identify information needed from both sides.
Sample & packaging approvals
Show formulation, material, container and finish samples. Discuss sampling steps, costs, feedback rounds and approvals. Record sample versions, specifications, packaging compatibility and items requiring testing.
Production & delivery coordination
Discuss order conditions, production timing, quality documents, packing and delivery milestones, with responsible contacts and communication procedures. Agree how changes, reorders and issues will be reviewed and handled.
